| At present, our country is being in the large-scale economic development period, the construction safety problems receives the society, the government, the construction enterprise and so on various aspects to pay attention. However our country's construction project safety management has not been able to adapt with the rapid development of engineering construction, especially the construction hazard identification and safety risk assessment still stay in the "experience judgment" stage.This paper standing in the position of small and medium-sized construction enterprise to study construction project hazard identification and safety risk assessment. It firstly analyzes the construction safety management, then discusses the characteristics of construction dangerous source classification, which on the basis of the comparison of currently used hazard identification method, finally proposes the choices of choosing the method and the concrete steps on construction hazard identification.After by comparing with the common safety risk assessment method, the operational conditions risk assessment method (the LEC method) has made the improvement in view of small and medium-sized construction enterprise. Based on the original three factors L, E, C, it introduces the construction safe monitoring measure condition M, points out that the monitoring measure is composed of the dangerous event's examination measure and regulatory measures, which following the common effect in multiplication principle, according to the M=M1×M2 computation; And then formulates the classification and evaluation criterion of test measures and control measures. On the basic of the team members' selection and composition studies, it proposes using the analytic hierarchy process to compute weighted score values of the multi-people appraise group.Finally it chooses a project example using the proposed method of hazard identification and safety risk assessment method in example demonstrating. |
