A Study On Construction Project Cost Management

At present, the competition of construction market in our country has become more and more intense, the domestic construction industry has entered the small profit era,the profitability of the construction enterprise's living environment has become increasingly cruel. For this, if the enterprises want to have an impregnable position in the big tide of market competition in the construction industry, they must be through various channels to reduce the risks, including the cost of establishing and perfecting the management system to determine the plans and goals of the project cost management, adhere to the principle of scientific and effective cost management, to carry on the scientific, specialization of the construction project cost management, realize optimization of construction project cost management.Therefore, it is need to ensure that the total cost of construction project can effectively meet the requirements of project goals in the whole construction of the project implementation process, through the implementation of the project construction of the whole process of scientific management. So,in this study, the author discusses the research background and research significance firstly, and reads a lot of existing literature at home and abroad to summarize the research status about construction project cost management; and illustrates the contents of each chapter, proposes the research methods will be used in this paper, constructs the technology roadmap for this paper. Then the author introduces the theory of construction project cost management mainly in this article, such as construction projects, cost management, construction project cost, project cost management, etc.; and discusses the characteristics and purposes of construction engineering project cost management, and analyze the principle of construction project cost management, and points out that the research of this paper will focus lies in the construction cost management research. Thirdly, the author builds the evaluation system of the construction project cost management, mainly is based on the construction project cost management task to construct the evaluation index system of construction project, and put forward using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluation of this study. Finally, a practical work in the actual engineering case is analyzed, the research results are summarized and future research direction is put forward. Hope the results of this study can effectively guide the relevant personnel for project cost management, and to ensure the construction enterprises could control the influencing factors of cost management reasonable, and to achieve the established economic goals and the corresponding social benefit goal. Moreover, we hope the construction enterprises can also expand their scope of practitioners in the market competition constantly, and improve the corporate reputation in the industry.
