Construction other than normalcommodity production has the Characteristics of Large-scale, long cycle, great investment,product diversity and mobility. From start to acceptance project duration varies from fewmonths to several years. Business operation is always carful and prudent. Profitmargins will become smaller and smaller that is easier to provoke potential operational risk. Aproject, as the cost central of construction enterprise, has a problem need to solved urgentlythat is how to do the cost management and make sure our efforts worth whichdecides the survival and development of our enterprises.
