The Flowing Space Of Community Oriented Commercial Complexes Research And Discussion

As the quality of people's life is improving increasingly, more and more people start to have higher demand for new commercial buildings. From beginning of traditional department store to later large urban complex project, and to now the development of a variety of community oriented commercial complexes, all of these show the result of economic development in our country. However, the appearance of many commercial complexes with poor quality and bad design is not only a waste of economy, but also irresponsible for customers. Therefore, it is very important to satisfy the needs of people pursuing high-quality commercial complexes, especially developing this small kind of community oriented commercial complexes.As to say that flowing space is a significant design element for the commercial complexes, in addition to meet the single requirement of function, it also provide superior spatial experience to satisfy the needs of customers. Therefore, this paper analyzed and studied the flowing space of community oriented commercial complexes, as well as introduced the typical case of our city to do crosswise comparison, which summarized, completed and even deepened the experiences of previous authors. It also offers a new point of view for researchers to explore flowing space of this kind of commercial complexes in future. As the postgraduate of engineering, I have more access to the practical engineering project, so it is easy for me to do analysis and research on practical project during my work, to better look into this topic. It also shows that this kind of commercial architecture is indeed a relative hot topic nowadays.This paper hopes to study the topic in depth in a smaller range, and provide more high-quality design reference or proof for commercial complexes in future by studying the flowing space of community oriented commercial complexes.
