The city’s economic in China has been developing more and more rapidlydevelopment Since reform and opening, business complex building becomes theinevitable result of urban development and people’s consumption demand, foreigncommercial complex has developed maturely, while domestic development is slower.in china,it usually turns out that design commercial complex by using experience ofother countries’ for reference. Some success while some others have failed.in orderTo change the present awkward situation, we should reserch the essence ofcommercial complex design.The key to commercial is nothing more than the maximum of the commercialvalue, how to attract people is the major concern. First, commercial complex planningdesign must return to consumers and requirements for the environment of commercialspace. Only like this, drawing the work closer to the consumer, provide with apleasant and comfortable, convenient and quick good experience for the people livingin the city, commercial complex can ensure to retain passenger information, andcreate great business value in the post-stage operation; Second, flowing space is theskeleton of the commercial complex and directly determines whether commercialcentre can attract people,guiding people successfully; Altogether, we can say that theessence of modern commercial complex design is to create clear, identify space’sstructure and the form based on the experience of consumers’ in a complicatedcommercial environment. Attract people, establish cognitive schema of the wholebusiness space for people, and promote consumption increase relying on the flowingspace.Chapter one introduces related concepts and theories including the theory of theconsumption psychology which provides the promise for Internal flowing spacedesign, Chapter two overview on present research situation at home and abroad.introduct three typical cases, refining their internal flowing space, describing thefeeling of the intuitive as a consumer which plays the role of connecting link of in thispaper’s framework, clarify the concepts lively mentioned previously and display theimportance of Internal flowing space design in commercial complex; while provideexamples for chapter three.each element there there is different personality. Thereexist not only interaction but also the distinction,they will activated the whole image of the commercial environment when they combined in various mode. chapterthree mainly expounds application requirement, personality characteristics of eachelement, design technique; Chapter four analyses the ways of formation betweenelements,and the rule of Internal flowing space construction and the design principle.But the real meaning of the commercial complexs Internal flowing space isrealized through the experience between the user and the flowing space, the mostimportant is experiencing and discovery, in fact, which is a process of infinite,discovery and design will never end.
