College is a base that train high-level personnel, and a source of social progress. After more than half a century of development, the higher education institutions in China have a unique size, becoming a handful of the great powers of higher education on the world. The continuous development of higher education institutions bring a new development opportunity for college and the host city, Expansion of colleges and universities have made a huge consumer market, lead to the development of commercial space around the colleges and universities, promote urban economic development.With the expansion of colleges and universities in China, increasing enrollment, the continuous improvement of people's living standards. Nowadays, college students have been boring campus life in the past, after completing their studies, their pursuit of cultural tastes of life and spiritual life is getting higher and higher, so it is possible that the business around the college has formatted and development. With the development of market economy and prosperity of the commercial market in China, colleges and universities has gradually become a huge commercial market, under the law of market economy, it is bound to become hot spots for commercial development surrounding colleges and universities. In a long time the business around colleges is on the state of spontaneous formation, but with the maturity and the market expanded, the influx of funds of the parties, making the business surrounding colleges increasingly diversify and standardize. On the other hand, the community-oriented reform of the logistics serve colleges, also allows the business around colleges become increasingly market-oriented, which promote the formation and development of the community colleges and universities business under, the role of these factors, the common community colleges and universities business has developed and growth, the interactive effects is more and more obvious between college community business and city.This paper includes five parts.Firstly it mainly expounds the issue's origin,background and meaning, definitions of relative concepts, methods and research frame, summary of the significance of community colleges and universities business-related research at home and abroad; then it analysis and defines the concept related to the paper, and put forward the theory of the relevant research methods; through investigating and analyzing the spatial structure of Changsha City commercial college in several community development model of commercial space for investigation; then analyze deeply the evolution discipline between college community business and city; and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of urban planning and management, to achieve interaction effect between the community colleges commercial space and urban commercial space structure. Thus this study can be important theoretical added in the urban planning of college community business and urban commercial replenish.
