With the changes and improvement of social life, residents are no longer satisfiedwith the "home ownership" way of life. The residents to change the pattern of consumption, the pursuit of diversification of goods, need to "one-stop" shopping experience in thedaily life; residents to speed up the pace of life, the leisure time needs a lot of kindsof services, need leisure and entertainment space to enrich daily life. The community ofbusiness as a community in the part one of the most basic and most important issue, notonly provides comercial, entertainment, leisure, health and other service functions for thecommunity, but also can enhance their sense of belonging and identity, which plays animportant role in the development of essential community living in. Therefore, this paperis based on the neighborhood center under the mode of community commerce, launchesthe research community commercial space in the neighborhood center mode.The paper first collected in a large number of references, the neighborhood center mode, community commercial background and related concepts are defined. And then,by collecting a large amount of relevant information and on the current situation of thecommunity business in Singapore, Suzhou industrial park development research practicesactivities, as the characteristic of community commercial space form summary basis; thenclarify the resident daily life habits and demand from the consumer behavior and psychology, from the commercial format summarizes neighborhood center under the mode of thecommunity commercial, people-oriented the characteristics of a diversity, comprehensive analysis, from construction neighborhood center under the mode of community commercesite on the pursuit of residents sharing principle, space layout mode with centralized base,decentralized and bindinginteraction, and create a shared space, traffic space is active in avariety of intermediary space, accessibility strong pattern in space. Finally, carries on thereconsidering to the neighborhood center under the mode of a community commercialspace, the combination of theory and practice, in line with the characteristics of thosecommercial spaces form for commercial development of our community.Community commercial space planning and design in this paper is divided intofour parts to expound the neighborhood center mode.The first part is the first, the second chapter, mainly proposed the thesis discussproblems and issues of understanding. Analysis of the survey through case in the fourth chapter, summarized the characteristics of community commercial space form a neighborhood center mode.The third part is the fifth chapter, the status quo of China community business summary,community commercial space form reflection neighborhood center mode suitable for Chinacommunity commercial.The conclusion part of this paper discusses the view to do the induction summary.The focus of this paper is to research on the practical cases are summarized, thetheoretical knowledge to bear the auxiliary functions and actual case jointly supportthe argument. Through the research of community commercial space in the neighborhoodcenter mode, not only for the community commercial space to create the concept of foreignadvanced at a deeper level of understanding, but also how to enhance community residents tothe community’s sense of identity and belonging, to promote community cultural atmosphereof the promotion, provide the application basis to improve the quality of community life forthe community commercial space construction.
