According to the foundation pit engineering of a certain shipping center with large excavation depth,complex surrounding environment,large underground water level change,difficult construction such characteristics,the application of BIM technology in foundation pit monitoring and information construction of deep foundation pit is discussed.At present,the introduction,application and development of BIM technology in China are mostly concentrated in the field of building structure,in the foundation pit engineering application is limited in the design construction and construction simulation stage,study on how to use BIM technology to realize the visualization of foundation pit monitoring in deep foundation pit engineering,discussing how to realize real-time monitoring and early warning function of BIM model of foundation pit,developing of foundation pit monitoring data analysis and early warning Web system,exploring the way of combining Web system with BIM model to promote the practical application of the Internet and engineering,to popularize the application of BIM Technology in deep foundation pit engineering and promote the informational construction of deep foundation pit engineering is of great practical significance.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are:(1)According to the requirement of engineering monitoring,study on the establishment of the special family database of monitoring points in the BIM model of foundation pit,using the parametric modeling of BIM technology,related the monitoring data of foundation pit displacement,support internal force,deformation and underground water level with the BIM model of foundation pit.(2)Using the visualization advantage of BIM model,research on how to realize the visualization of monitoring data in the model.Using BIM software to call the conditional statement family function and the color display of monitoring points is controlled by family function,to realize the visualization of deep foundation pit monitoring,to solve the difficult problem of the monitoring data that is not intuitive,and the degree of visualization is poor.(3)For monitoring data has large amount of data,multi category data,data processing to prompt and so on the characteristic,development foundation pit monitoring data analysis and early warning web system,for the implementation of structured storage of data,convenient data entry and call,and fast on the monitoring data for processing and generating the corresponding format data curve and table.Web data analysis system set of electronic form,database,graphics display and statistical analysis as a whole to compare the monitoring data with the alarm value obviously,playing the role of monitoring data analysis,processing and early warning.(4)Exploring in monitoring points added to invoke the web system of data derived hyperlinks,combine the BIM model and web data system,establish contact model and online monitoring system,promote the Internet combined with the practical application of engineering model,the realization of the remote monitoring and information management.(5)Using BIM software NavisWorks software with real-time roaming and characteristics of dynamic simulation,add the time axis in the foundation pit of BIM 3D model based on,through the monitoring points of the color order display and web system derived data curve diagram,using the 4D(3D model and one of time axis)model of foundation pit BIM real-time monitoring and early warning function is realized.
