The construction process of large-scale construction projects is complex;its period is tight,and it will be disturbed by various factors in the construction process.In the traditional construction process,empiricism is the priority,and the degree of engineering digitalization and informatization is low.While,the application of BIM technology in construction will greatly improve construction efficiency and reduce potential safety hazards.As a result,the cost is reduced and the benefit of the project is improved.The essence of BIM technology is the digitalization and modelling of construction engineering information.It aims to improve and optimize the construction and management behavior in all stages by utilizing the comprehensive and complete information in the whole life cycle of buildings,and ultimately the benefits of project operation are maximized.In this paper,firstly,the application characteristics of BIM technology and its development in the construction field are introduced.Then,combined with the construction project of Weifang North Rail Transit Project of Jinan-Qinghai High-speed Railway,the specific application of BIM technology in the construction stage is elaborated.In addition,the excavation scheme of foundation pit is simulated by using BIM model,and the safety of different excavation stages is simulated and analyzed by using FLAC3 D.Finally,BIM is used to adjust construction schedule,monitoring,and dynamic site layout.The main research work is as follows:(1)The characteristics and advantages of BIM technology in the field of construction are analyzed,and the application history and research status of BIM technology at home and abroad are summarized.From three aspects of project decision-making,implementation and evaluation,this paper deeply analyses how to introduce BIM technology step by step in traditional projects,instead of blindly following the crowd.(2)According to the plan of foundation pit of Weifang North Railway Station,the foundation pit models at different excavation stages are created by using Revit software,and the stability of foundation pit at different excavation stages is checked by using FLAC3 D software,which ensure the rationality and safety and stability of excavation process in different excavation stages(3)4DBIM construction simulation technology of "3D + Time" is introduced.Firstly,according to the actual construction schedule,different sections of the subway frame model are created;Then,the construction process is simulated by using Timeliner module in Navisworks;Finally,on the basis of expert rating and experience judgment,the quantitative analysis is integrated,and analytic hierarchy process is introduced to evaluate and optimize the schedule adjustment scheme based on BIM model.(4)The concept of dynamic layout of construction site was introduced,and based on BIM three-dimensional visualization simulation technology,the construction site of Weifang North Railway Station at different stages was designed.In addition,BIM-based safety conflict checking is added,and the grey relational degree method is used to evaluate the site layout scheme,in order to optimize the optimal site layout scheme in each construction stage,and finally the optimal dynamic site layout scheme is formed.(5)Data statistics and management of human-machine data in the process of construction by using RFID technology can greatly improve the overall control power in the process of project construction;the stress and deformation of main structure can be monitored for a long time by using modern wireless stress monitoring system,and the mechanical information of main structure can be obtained in time in the process of construction and operation,which ensure the quality of the project.
