| Bridge construction monitoring has been carried out for many years,but a large part of the work is often formalized in the process of on-site implementation.The phenomenon of random compilation of monitoring work and compilation of data to deal with inspection is common makes some hidden safety hazards and deviations not eliminated in time.Therefore various indicators such as stress alignment fail to meet the standards and bridges can not be successfully closed,which seriously affecting bridge construction during construction period.In order to effectively solve the practical problems and improve the efficiency and quality of bridge construction monitoring,it is necessary to improve the current situation of bridge construction monitoring from the perspective of intelligent management information.This paper describes the BIM software for the BIM model of Long-span Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge specific process research in detail.So it is of benefit to bridge construction monitoring calculation analysis and management information platform.Relying on the construction monitoring project of Luneng Shengdi Bridge in Changbai Mountains,it is proposed to integrate Midas structural calculation with BIM technology for structural calculation and analysis,and integrate BIM model with stress and alignment data measured in construction site.Through comparative analysis of data,this paper studies the shortcomings of traditional construction monitoring system,and provides technical support for the development of intelligent construction monitoring system.After the completion of the bridge,dynamic and static load tests are carried out on the bridge.Through the comparison and analysis of bridge stress and alignment and construction monitoring data,the foundation for the healthy operation of the bridge is laid.Based on BIM technology,the virtual layout of vehicles in load test is realized.The BIM management and control platform for construction monitoring of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge is also developed.Using wireless Internet monitoring equipment and electronic manual acquisition terminal to collect construction monitoring data and analyze the data,information flow examination and approval of monitoring instructions plans and results is realised,which can make site construction monitoring electronic and standardized.Based on BIM technology and Web technology,the BIM management and control platform of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge is developed in this study.It realizes visualization,informationization and intellectualization of bridge construction monitoring.Also it improves monitoring and measurement efficiency,which saves a lot of manpower and makes data more accurate and reliable.The application shows that this study solves the problem of timeliness and authenticity of data collected in bridge construction monitoring theoretically and technically.Meanwhile it improves the quality and efficiency of bridge management and control.And it has certain guiding significance and application value for safety analysis and management and control of actual bridge construction period. |
