Bridge engineering is an important part of ensuring unimpeded public transportation, but it will be affected by many unexpected factors during its operation, such as environmental erosion, material degradation, damage accumulation and other factors, its bearing capacity will inevitably reduce, resulting in an increase in the probability of accidents. In order to ensure the safety and durability of the bridge, experts and scholars have designed scientific and effective monitoring technology to achieve real-time,long-term monitoring of the structural damage of the bridge. However, its research focuses on data collection, and involves less on the visual display of monitoring data and real-time risk warning of bridge structure.BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology is to provide a complete building engineering information database consistent with the actual situation by establishing a virtual3 D model of building engineering and using digital technology. The visual design of monitoring information is a combination of computer graphics and image processing technologies. It processes abstract and huge bridge data into intuitive charts and images. It is a comprehensive technical means for data display, data processing, and structural state assessment.Through the integration of BIM technology and monitoring information visualization techniques,it provides a platform for project participants to interact with each other and data share to realize the 2D,3D display of bridge data.Trend forecasting is to analyze the massive monitoring data, dig out potential and regular information from it to predict the development trend of bridge monitoring data, and combine a variety of assessment methods to assess the health status of the bridge to achieve risk warning to ensure the bridge operation Safety. The main research contents of the visual management and early warning technology of bridge monitoring information based on BIM technology are as follows:The existing bridge monitoring system mostly the cost of equipment is relatively high, which is not suitable for the health monitoring management of medium and small span bridges.Aiming at this problem,a monitoring system design scheme based on B/S structure is proposed. The system has the characteristics of no plug-ins required, supports multi-device,strong applicability, security, economic rationality, and so on.In order to realize monitoring data visualization and data integration,a method for visual management of bridge health monitoring information based on BIM model is designed.By adding various sensor data to the bridge model, the system can not only display the change trend of monitoring data intuitively through 2D charts;but also find out the early warning sensors on the 3D BIM model quickly and accurately when the bridge has potential safety hazard.Administrators can quickly make emergency measures by querying the cause of early warning. In view of the lacks of depth mining of massive historical monitoring data in the existing health monitoring system, the methods such as time series analysis and tangent angle warning are used to analyze and mine historical monitoring data. This paper first uses MATLAB software for data modeling, and then compares the predicted data with the real monitoring data to verify the accuracy of the model prediction and early warning. Finally, the algorithm model is integrated into the system, and the monitoring data is predicted base on the time series model and the tangent angle algorithm, and automatic warning is realized. On the premise of ensuring safety and reliability, the system becomes more intelligent.
