Study Of Rural Planning Strategy Under The Perspective Of Circular Economy

Since the reform and opening up, the rapid urbanization process is a process of cities growing stronger and perfect. From the rural perspective, urbanization represents the transfer of population, the loss of resources and the impact of foreign culture. As the disintegration of traditional rural society and insufficient modernization, it urgently needs to explore sustainable development model for rural planning. This paper, focusing on the current rural development status in China, introduces the concept of circular economy development and proposes rural planning strategies with the characteristics of sustainable development. It aims at exploring the new rural planning development model under the perspective of circular economy, saving natural resources, improving the utilization efficiency of resources, reducing the generation and emissions of waste and establishing a resource-conservation and eco-friendly circular rural society.The paper, based on the study on related theory and practice of circular economy ideas, respectively concludes the development features of traditional and modern villages in China, then analyzes the conjunction relation of circular economy idea with rural planning, summarizes the basic principles and general idea of rural planning under the perspective of circular economy, namely the planning idea of taking ecological security as the premise, laying emphasis on industrial development and taking spatial arrangement as the means of implementation, and based which proposes the specific strategy of rural industry planning, space planning and ecological planning. Rural industry planning strategy under the perspective of circular economy includes the planning strategy of rural industry circular system, industrial structure and industrial space layout those three aspects; rural space planning strategy under the perspective of circular economy includes the planning strategy of rural space structure, living environment and infrastructure. Rural ecological planning strategy under the perspective of circular economy includes the planning strategy of rural ecological environment, cultural ecology and social ecology.Finally, the paper selects the village planning of the ecological civilization demonstration village, Jiankang Village, Yuekou Town, Tianmen City, Hubei Province, as the practical case, comprehensively analyzes the current status of the industrial, land-use and ecological pattern for developing circular economy in Jiangkang village, constructs the rural planning objective system under the perspective of circular economy and refers to the planning strategy on industry, space and ecology those three aspects mentioned above to state the application feasibility of each strategy and provide the sustainable development of economy and society in Jiankang village with important route.
