Study On Village Reconstruction Planning Based On Rural Residential Industry Development

In the background of the country’s vigorous implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,how to achieve the sustainable development in the countryside has become a difficult problem,such as rural complex and other related concepts have been put forward.All of them aim to construct a new mode of integrating traditional rural agriculture and leisure vacation industry to meet the needs of urban residents to live in rural areas for rehabilitation.Taking Wanggao Village in Huayuan County,Hunan Province as an example,this paper discusses the new mode of rural living and recuperation under the present social conditions.Through the methods of literature research,field investigation,case study and questionnaire survey,the research work of village transformation planning based on the development of residential industry in Wanggao Village of Huayuan County was completed.The main results are as follows:1.The demand for urban residents to travel to rural areas is increasing day by day.However,there are many problems such as backward infrastructure,single industrial form and a large number of vacant self-built houses in rural areas of our country.Therefore,it is urgent to solve a series of problems,such as the imbalance of supply and demand,the waste of resources,and the backwardness of service and supporting facilities,in the process of the development of rural residential industry.2.Through a series of field visits to Wanggao Village,a comprehensive survey on the folk culture,physical geography,social economic and ecological environment resources of Wanggao Village was carried out in the early stage of investigation,and the industrial status of Wanggao Village was understood.There are problems and difficulties in transformation.The main contents of the investigation are divided into five aspects: the general situation of village area,the SWOT analysis of village resources,the present situation of traditional architecture,village industry and natural environment.Research content are shown in pictures and texts in the article.3.Based on the preliminary investigation,this paper establishes the theoretical basis of constructing "rural pastoral and micro-city" for tourism development in Wanggao village.The four development concepts of green,shared,innovative and characteristic development are put forward.According to the existing natural and industrial resources in Wanggao Village,Several aspects such as the development of agricultural industry,the construction of architecture,the tourism industry,the construction of supporting infrastructure of the industry and the protection of the natural environment resources in the village area have carried on the concrete plan of the development of the resident industry.Through the study on the reconstruction planning of Wanggao Village in Huayuan County,Hunan Province,we can find that the construction of industry platform with regional characteristics is the starting point,the construction of supporting facilities for living and the construction of plant landscape for tourism environment are the key points.To create a core industrial platform with obvious regional characteristics,beautiful ecological environment,and superior living conditions,namely,"pastoral and micro-cities",can create a new mode of integration and development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in poor mountainous areas.At the same time,set up a set of good mechanism to prevent the villagers from reoccurring poverty,so that the villagers can share the achievements of construction and development.
