Analysis Of The Impact Of Rural Water Conservancy And Hydropower Projects On Regional Economic,Ecological And Social Environment

The construction of rural water conservancy project is conducive to the rapid development of regional economy,but on the other hand,it will have a certain impact on the local ecological and social environment.In 2011,the Central Committee issued the decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on speeding up the reform and development of water conservancy,which clearly pointed out that water is the source of life,the foundation of production and the foundation of ecology.In the party’s "Eighteen big",it is the construction of ecological civilization into the party constitution,we can see that the state attaches importance to the protection of ecological environment.The ecological environment in rural areas is the key component of China’s ecological construction,and more and more people’s attention.The construction of water conservancy project is the transformation of human natural environment,an important means to improve productivity.Since the traditional rural water conservancy engineering,is mainly to change and control of the natural flow direction,hoarding position,in order to improve the unfavorable conditions of production and living water by this means;and this means to a certain extent,the water ecosystem damage.Aojiang Zhejiang is one of the eight river,a major river in southern Wenzhou,upstream along the river in the center of heavy rainfall area,and high mountains and steep slopes,affected by the typhoon often caused by rainstorm and flood disaster,is currently efforts to solve the problem of flood control.Therefore,study on the control of rural water conservancy Aojiang Upstream Hydropower Project--the effect of CIS hydroproject on regional economy,ecology and society has a very important practical significance.This paper reviewed the relevant theoretical research,adopt the method of analysis and qualitative analysis of questionnaires,field interviews and other qualitative analysis system,Shun Xi effect of water conservancy project on the ecological environment and social environment,regional economy.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows: firstly,the influence of the water conservancy project on the regional economy is studied.It is found that the project effectively promotes the increase of the gross national product,fiscal revenue and farmers’ income,effectively improves the industrial structure,and promotes the obvious growth of the industry and service industry.Secondly,the influence of the water conservancy project on the ecological environment is studied.It is found that the project has different impacts on hydrological regime,water environment,terrestrial ecological environment,aquatic ecological environment and so on.Thirdly,the influence of the water conservancy project on the social environment is studied.It is found that the project has a significant impact on the migration environment,infrastructure construction environment and regional flood control,water supply and irrigation.Finally,combine multi effects Creek water conservancy projects,given the construction of rural water conservancy and hydropower project proposals,including: to focus on the long term,from the entire region planning system;according to local conditions,choose appropriate development goals;improve the resettlement and employment policies,the benefits of the relocation of farmers to share the hydropower development brought about by the.The results of this study are a favorable development of water conservancy projects along the river;on the other hand can provide theoretical support for China’s rural water conservancy and hydropower project construction,is conducive to the future system and standardization of the same type of water conservancy and hydropower project construction,so as to provide a reference for the same type of project,and provide reference for formulating corresponding policies.
