| Currently in China’s construction market, the construction projects are mainly organized in the mode of general design/construction contract. Project management team of construction general contract company plays an determining role to the general contracting project, while currently, with regards to the research on the risk management of such organization, the domestic theories and practices are fairly inadequate.This paper comprehensively applies the theory and knowledge of modern project risk management on the ZP construction general contracting project management organization for risk management. And it analyzes and evaluates the overall risk management results of such organization.Mainly includes the following:1. Risk management at the establishment stage of the organization. focusing on the organizational risks exist in the organization progress of the project management team and in the execution conditions provided by the Client at the commencement of works, uses the interested party investigation method to do the risk identification and evaluation, and gets the risk lists sorted by harm degree of risk. Against these lists, through SWOT analysis to determine the corresponding strategies of various risks,and take specific corresponding measures of risks.2. Risk management at the organization operation stage. Analyse the organization relationship ofproject management team, to structure the organization operating model, for the preparation of the organization risk management at this stage. At the time of the identification of organizational risk, on account of the feature of various risk categories at this stage, in the aspect of identification structure, to identify risk one by one against the key performance index; in the aspect of identification operation method, to adopt the brainstorming method, work breakdown structure(WBS), management process analysis, and so on, to get the risk list of the organization at this stage. To apply the subjective assessment method to evaluate each risk, and to arrange construction resources in proper order of the sore of risk evaluation to proceed the risk response,last monitoring the risking.3. Risk management at the organization adjustment stage. The Employer change and other organization environmental changes promote the adjustment of the project management organization. The adjustment mechanism of this organizationthe organization relationship of project management team has been analyzed. This stage is very important to the realization of the organization objectives. In the aspect of risk identification structure, to analyze the factors causing the organization adjustment one by one; the risk identification operation method is the expert investigation method.
