With the continuous development of the construction trades in China,the management of this industry has been involved in the new age of delicacy management.In the current construction industry market,the construction general contracting management mode is the most common construction mode.In the general contract management process,the construction contract is an important basis for management.Base on the risk research of the general construction contract,this essay chooses company W as a sample to discuss how to improve the risk management of such kind of contract.Be specifically,by conducting a both theoretical and practical analysis,this essay tries to categorize the various risking factors in the general construction contract of company W.As for the significance of this essay,it is of great importance in promoting the efficient,legal and stable operation of construction enterprises.This thesis attempts to include three-level analysis.First,the clarification of the causes and necessity of prevention with regard to the risks of general construction contracts.Second,the exemplification and identification of the types and circumstances of contract risks alongside the whole process of the constructive work of the general contracting.Third,the countermeasures for contract risk resolution are put forward and applied in practice.The research process of this paper,the types of risks are identified through data collection,questionnaires are produced and distributed to the management group,and the results of the questionnaires are analyzed.The importance and damage degree of risk factors are ranked by scoring.A risk prevention measure is proposed for the identified risk factors of the general contract,and a new contract management system is proposed.Finally,the feasibility of the countermeasures is analyzed through specific cases,and the theoretical research is put into practice management.The conclusion reached in this paper is that we must adhere to the whole process and multi-angle risk prevention,and do a good job in dynamic management of construction contracts.Only in this way contract management risks can be effectively controlled.
