With the rapid development of China’s national economy, the scale of construction projects has shown a steadily increasing trend across the country.Construction projects have the characteristics of huge investment volume, long construction period, many influencing factors and many uncertain risks. The result of its characteristics is that managers do not attach great importance to project risk management. If we do not deal with them within a controllable time,it will cause significant losses to construction units, general contractors and other participating units. Therefore, strengthening the risk management of engineering projects is to meet the objective needs of the international construction market. This article selects the ZK general contracting project as a research project.Based on the analysis and summary of domestic and foreign scholars’ research on project project risk management, the following aspects are studied: firstly, from the perspective of the contracting unit, from the project contracting background and implementation The two aspects of the process carefully review the entire process of the project. And based on the project risk and risk management theory, the Delphi method is used to identify the risk of the ZK general contracting project, and the comprehensive evaluation method is used for risk assessment, and then the project’s risk response plan is proposed accordingly. This article believes that the existing or potential risks of ZK general contracting projects can be divided into six major aspects: political and policy risks, economic and market risks, contract management risks, engineering technology risks, organizational management risks and natural environmental risks. The overall risk level of the project is still acceptable.Among them, economic and market risks, legal risks and organizational management risks are the main risks of the project, and risk prevention and response can be carried out through risk aversion and risk transfer.Provide a reference for the project manager to quickly and effectively manage and control risks. |
