The Tibetans are the inhabitants of Tibet,with a long history and profound cultural accumulation.However,with the development of society and the advancement of science and technology,some traditional national characteristics and customs are gradually disappearing.The rich connotation of Tibetan culture can reflect the history of social development and can reflect people's expectations for a better life,but it has hindered certain developments today.The loss of culture is now manifested in many ways.As far as clothing is concerned,many Tibetan young people rarely wear Tibetan clothes at ordinary times,more are Korean jeans or net red version of the coat,and traditional Tibetan clothing is no longer their most Love.This article takes Lhasa's second professional clothing design and production management as the research object,starting from the source,hoping to introduce Tibetan characteristic culture into the classroom.After learning and understanding,the younger generation's enthusiasm for the national culture will be reactivated.Integrating Tibetan cultural elements into the design and production of clothing not only awakens students' awareness of the inheritance and protection of national culture,but also hopes to take a personalized employment path for students.In the process of cultural inheritance and development,Lhasa Second Vocational can also form its own specialty and special courses.This article mainly understands the main content of the current course,the main problems and the students' craving for Tibetan cultural knowledge through the literature research method,field interview method and case analysis method.The thesis is mainly divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,through combing the literature,to understand the meaning and development trend of the characteristic courses.And the necessity of the curriculum with ethnic characteristics for the development of Lhasa's second job.After an analysis of the current situation of Lhasa's second vocational apparel design and production management courses,the research purpose and significance of this paper,as well as the proposed research method,are determined.The second part is the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.First,the related concepts in the title are clearly defined,and then some theories that will be used in this article will be explained to pave the way for the development of the following.The third part is the significance of the special curriculum.The special curriculum is a curriculum with rich Tibetan cultural characteristics.Through the study of the special curriculum,students can systematically understand the culture of their own nation,increase national pride,and promote the development of student personality,Has a positive effect on the professional development of teachers,the development of local economy and the development of local culture.The fourth part is the current development status and some problems in the development process.It mainly introduces the current student status,teaching conditions and development trends of the second Lhasa post to determine whether it has the conditions for offering special courses.The problems were analyzed from five aspects including faculty,curriculum and evaluation mode,and the problem was found to solve the problem better and faster.The fifth part is the strategy proposed for the current problems in the development of characteristic courses in the second Lhasa post,and the solutions to the problems in the fourth part are given one by one,from school to enterprise,from society to government,and finally hope Through multiple efforts to ensure the setting of characteristic courses.The sixth part is the conclusion.It summarizes this article and provides reference for the integration of Tibetan cultural elements into the professional classroom of clothing design and production management through the setting of characteristic courses.
