Over the years,manufacturing has become increasingly important in the national economy,and mold making has played an increasingly important role.The rapid development of society and technology and the need to promote or force the mold industry to become bigger and stronger.Therefore,it has become the norm to improve the level and quality of mold design and manufacturing personnel.In the first-line production team of mold manufacturing,the professional quality and skill level of employees directly affect the development trend of the mold industry.At present,the mold application talents cultivated by secondary vocational schools occupy a considerable proportion.In order to meet the needs of the mold industry for the young talents in the frontline,the new teaching ideas and models of the professional education of the secondary vocational schools are also being continuously explored to adapt to the industry.The need for development.Based on the research background and research significance of the subject,this paper puts forward the viewpoints of the curriculum research of the mold major in the secondary vocational school,combining the development of the domestic and international curriculum models and the vocational education teaching method and the theoretical basis of the curriculum in the field of study.By analyzing the talent demand of the relevant positions in mold manufacturing and the teaching status of the professional courses of the middle-level molds,the problems in the teaching of the mold professional courses are summarized,and the research contents and methods are proposed for the problems.On the one hand,we visited a number of related mold production enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region,and learned from the industry personnel about the current demand for talents in the mold enterprises and the key requirements for the professional competence of each position;on the other hand,they passed the interviews of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools and graduated from the mold major.The follow-up feedback of students provides a reliable basis for the study of the curriculum of mold majors in secondary vocational schools.This paper aims to cultivate the comprehensive vocational ability of moldinvestigation of the injection mold core repair case,analyze the characteristics of the EDM mechanic work position and determine the typical work tasks of the post.According to the order of development of students' professional ability,the field of action is summarized,from the transformation of the learning field to the design of the learning situation.The classroom test is conducted by selecting the learning situation of the mold drawing to test the students' requirements for satisfying the professional ability in the learning field,and using multimedia equipment and vocational teaching methods to design a learning situation suitable for classroom teaching activities.Finally,the idea of the development direction of the mold professional curriculum in the context of intelligent manufacturing is put forward.
