Research On Progressive Curriculum Development&Teaching Application Of Injection Mold

At present,the country accelerates the industrialization process.As the cornerstone of manufacturing industry,mold plays a key role in the development of manufacturing industry.In recent years,there is a shortage of talents in mold industry.In order to cultivate skilled talents to meet the needs of enterprises,the teaching of mold course should be in line with the needs of enterprises.In this paper,the content of the injection mold course in the mold manufacturing specialty of secondary vocational school is modified and improved,the curriculum resources suitable for mold teaching are developed,the teaching quality of the course is improved,and the training of talents is optimized.In this paper,the course "UG injection mold modeling" as an example,through UG software to complete the injection mold modeling,combined with the production process of enterprises,integration of curriculum resources,develop a series of progressive teaching project cases.UG dynamic simulation module is introduced to simulate the key structure of the die and the process of opening and closing the die.The content of curriculum development links the theoretical knowledge of mold with the practical operation,and conforms to the requirements of production process and technical ability of enterprises.This paper analyzes the current situation of mold major in secondary vocational school through literature search and investigation,summarizes the existing mold teaching courses,combines the development theory of vocational education related courses and the characteristics of mold major courses,formulates curriculum objectives,develops UG injection mold course progressive project cases,makes curriculum video resources,implements curriculum teaching and carries out evaluation and analysis,and analyzes the curriculum Summarize the development and implementation of the program.Progressive case development of injection mold project is helpful to the teaching of mold course and provides an effective method for the reform of mold theory course and practical training course in secondary vocational school,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
