With the rapid development of computer technology,the application of virtual simulation technology is more and more widely,and it has also played a great role in the field of petroleum industry.The 3D visualization drilling system is established by virtual simulation technology,which brings convenience for experimental teaching and corporation training.It solves the problems such as the limitation of the experimental equipment and the hidden dangers caused by the lack of experimental experience,and can improve the efficiency of the operator.The thesis studies the drilling virtual simulation system based on an interactive drilling rig virtual reality laboratory project being developed by Xi’an Shiyou University,and builds the drilling virtual simulation system architecture by the method of digital simulation and virtual simulation.For drilling rig automatic drilling system,the thesis analyzed the response characteristics according to the working principle of automatic drilling process of constant drilling pressure,and establishes the mathematical model of constant drilling pressure drilling by simulation experiments with MATLAB simulation software.According to the OPC technology,the thesis establishes the data exchange channels of WinCC and MATLAB software and establishes system monitor screen by WinCC software,which transfers the simulation data of the automatic drilling system in the MATLAB software to the WinCC monitoring system for reading,writing,displaying,etc..And it establishes a data simulation model of the virtual simulation system for the delivery drilling,which prepares the simulation experiment data to simulate the drilling operation in the virtual simulation system in the future.The automatic drilling virtual monitoring system can simulate the real-time drilling operation process by combining the simulation data with the virtual simulation model created to facilitate the scientific research personnel to optimize the parameters and improve the reliability of the drilling parameters,thereby reduce the operating costs,optimize the drilling process,and reduce the input costs of personnel training and the probability of accidents,and bring great economic benefits to the oil industry.
