| With the rapid development of information technology and Internet level,virtual reality technology has been widely used in traditional education and teaching,and has become an important part of higher education teaching.This research applies virtual reality technology to digital printing teaching,and realizes the development of virtual simulation system of digital printing press,which has good practicability.It provides a certain foundation for the virtual teaching and training of undergraduate students majoring in printing engineering,and also has certain reference and exploration significance for the in-depth research of virtual reality technology in the printing field.The virtual simulation system of digital printing press is developed on the basis of virtual reality technology,taking Fuji Xerox 5065 digital printing press as the research object.First,the digital printing press is collected data,and the modeling,texture rendering and animation production are completed through the 3Ds MAX software;then the integration of resources such as pictures,text,models and animations,as well as the user management system,learning modules,and experiments are completed in the Unity 3D engine.The development of functional modules such as modules and fault modules,through the optimized multitexture fusion method to optimize the scene;finally released into PC and mobile applications.The system has functional modules such as theoretical learning,experimental simulation and fault simulation,and can also manage the information of the students through the user management system.The learning module satisfies the students’ understanding of the basic information of the digital printing press.The demonstration of equipment interaction and assembly animation can enable students to understand the name and function of the structure of the digital printing press in an active way,and at the same time,the mastery is investigated through the learning test.Aiming at the unclear guiding role in traditional teaching experiments and students being at a loss for the operation,the experimental module guides students to complete the experiment through prompts,and can also observe the internal operation state of the digital printing machine that cannot be observed in the actual experiment.The fault module shows the phenomenon and solutions of printing faults,and deepens the students’ understanding of theoretical knowledge.The system perfectly combines virtual reality technology with traditional digital printing experimental teaching,and simulates a virtual environment,which is not limited by factors such as time and space,and students can learn independently according to their own needs.It effectively makes up for the lack of intuitiveness,limited venue funds and insufficient equipment in traditional education and teaching,and meets the basic requirements of modern teaching and training. |
