Abstract/Summary:
The production equipment of mining, tunneling, transportation, ascension and supporting in coal mining enterprises normally has various types, complex structures,numerous components, high prices and huge sizes. This situation makes it hard for vocational colleges or mine production enterprises to train their students and staff with the real equipment about equipment structure cognition, disassembly and installation, failure diagnosis and elimination, and work interface display. Virtual simulation technology provides new research idea to solve the problems above. This research is set in Xinjiang Coking Coal Group, and discusses about the typical production environment, typical production equipment, common equipment failure,standard operating procedure and escape-rescue system in each production link.Through the construction of the digital model and the digital prototype, we can build a virtual simulation education platform that meet the needs of vocational colleges or mine production enterprises, to solve the constraints of equipment, space and environment problems during their training process. This has important practical significance and application value to improve the students’ speaking skills,professional quality and ability of emergency escape.The main work accomplished and the results of this paper are as follows:1 、 This paper puts forward the concept of the virtual prototype maintenance repository of mining machinery equipment. The virtual interactive scenario is built through CAD model transforming optimization technology, 3DMAX mechanical model and render texture and animation technology.2 、 This paper analyzes the developing process of the simulation education software of mining machinery equipment. First, it analyzes the target of the simulation training system of mining machinery equipment, as well as the overall design process of the system. Then it elaborates the precautions of forming construction team, methods of developing process, principles of function definition,links of education design and detailed steps of software programming. The focus is on the importance and precautions of scripting.3 、 This paper discusses in detail about the technical process to build the interactive platform, and analyzes the function characteristics of each virtual interactive platform. The developing process of the virtual interactive platform based on EON Studio software is emphasized, together with its precautions. Especially for the object node action set, interactive functions are added to elaborate in detail.
