In the past thirty years of reform and opening up,the pace of urbanization has been accelerating as China's economy has achieved rapid development.As of 2015,China's urbanization level has reached 56.10%,in developing countries,at the level above the average,in some areas,such as Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,the urbanization level has exceeded 80%,reaching the level of developed countries.With the improvement of the level of urbanization,people's material living standards are getting higher and higher,but in the process of urbanization development has also caused serious environmental pollution problems.City population,industry gathered to the city,resulting in city air pollution,frequent fog and haze,water pollution,solid waste and discarded garbage and other environmental problems.Therefore,how to improve the quality of the environment and coordinate the relationship between urbanization and the ecological environment in the process of rapid urbanization is the focus of this study.However,as an important development strategy of our country,the industrial structure plays an important role in the coordinated development of urbanization and environmental pollution.At present,there are many researches on the industrial structure,urbanization and environmental pollution,but the shortcomings in the research of the relationship between the three separated,only pay attention to the relationship between industrial structure and environment or between urbanization and environmental,the lack of theoretical and Empirical Analysis on the relationship between the three.In this context,this paper discusses the impact of industrial structure and urbanization on environmental pollution from two aspects of the whole country and region.Based on this,we draw relevant conclusions and suggestions.Based on the comprehensive summary and sort out the domestic and foreign research results,the panel data of 30 provinces and autonomous regions nationwide sample of a 2003-2015 basis,the empirical analysis of China's overall and regional industrial structure,urbanization and environmental pollution relations through the introduction of individual fixed effects model,finally puts forward the policy suggestions.The framework of this paper is composed of six parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and research ideas,and the innovation of the article.The second chapter is the overview of related theories and the analysis of the current situation.Mainly introduces the related theory of evolution in the process of upgrading the related theory,the process of urbanization in the industrial structure,on the basis of the theory of industrial structure and urbanization,the impact of environmental pollution,analyzes the current development of China's urbanization and environmental pollution.The third chapter is the index construction and model introduction.Firstly,the index system of urbanization and the index system of environmental pollution are constructed,and then the comprehensive level of urbanization and environmental pollution are calculated by entropy method.Secondly,with the upgrading of the industrial structure coefficient of China's 30 provinces and autonomous regions in 2003-2015 the level of industrial structure,based on the definition of relevant control variables;followed by the model and algorithm of this paper makes a simple introduction.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the impact of urbanization and industrial structure on environmental pollution in 30 provinces and autonomous regions of China,and makes a detailed analysis of the empirical results.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the influence of urbanization and industrial structure on environmental pollution from the regional level,and on this basis,makes a certain analysis of the conclusions.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis,we get the conclusions of this study,and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations on this basis.The main conclusions are as follows:from the national level,urbanization has negative inhibitory effect on environmental pollution,with the improvement of the level of urbanization,environmental quality gradually improved;it was a U type between the level of industrial structure and environmental pollution,and China's current industrial structure level in the inverted U curve on the right side that can optimize the ecological environment;environmental governance is not to improve the ecological environment effect;the expansion of economic scale has accelerated the deterioration of the ecological environment;the development level of science and technology,trade openness and environmental changes in the opposite direction,to improve the quality of the environment effect.From a regional perspective,China's urbanization and environmental pollution in the eastern region changed in the opposite direction,to improve the level of urbanization can optimize the ecological environment;the industrial structure level of the eastern region is located in the inverted U curve to the right,has obvious effect on improving the ecological environment;environmental management and technological development level are conducive to environmental quality improvement;scale of economic development and trade openness exacerbated the deterioration of the environment.In the central region of China urbanization and environmental pollution to change,the development of urbanization lead to ecological environmental quality is declining;the level of industrial structure in the inverted U curve to the right indicates that with the level of industrial structure improvement,environmental quality improved;environmental management,science and technology development,trade openness and environmental pollution in the opposite direction changes in the expansion of economic scale;positive environmental pollution.The level of urbanization in the western region of our country can improve the quality of the environment;the industrial structure level of most areas beyond the inflection point of inverted U curve,to improve the ecological environment;environmental quality,economic scale and pollution level of technological development and positive change;trade openness and negative changes in environmental pollution.The innovation of this paper:the impact of environmental pollution,urban industrial structure affects the basic theory of environmental pollution is introduced,to make up for the shortcomings of previous studies;establish multi measure mechanism,construct the comprehensive index of environmental pollution and urban comprehensive index by entropy method,a breakthrough single measure of restriction at home and abroad for urbanization;industrial structure,environmental pollution and the relationship between the three research literature,most of the literature focuses on the relation between urbanization and environmental pollution,industrial structure and environmental pollution.Lack of overall study of the three.Therefore,this paper takes the three party relationship as the research object,and analyzes it from the theoretical and empirical point of view,which lays the foundation for future research.
