Study On The Problem Of Rural Domestic Waste Treatment From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

With the continuous development of economy and society,the productivity has been greatly improved,the living standards in rural areas have also been flying over in quality,and the consumption structure and consumption mode in rural areas have also changed greatly.At the same time,some areas have appeared the phenomenon of "garbage surrounding villages",and the ecological environment in rural areas has also been damaged.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization.More and more attention has been paid to the treatment of rural domestic waste at all levels.As the most basic administrative organ,township plays a key role in the effectiveness of the treatment of rural domestic waste.At present,there are still many problems in the treatment of rural domestic waste.The author takes J town of Lushan city as the research object,focusing on how to coordinate the treatment of rural domestic waste among the main bodies.Based on the synergetic theory,this paper studies the synergetic treatment of rural domestic waste in J town of Lushan city by means of literature research and field investigation.Through the field investigation,the author understands the current situation,achievements and problems of J town’s rural domestic waste treatment,analyzes the causes of the problems in depth,and puts forward the corresponding solutions from the perspective of collaborative treatment.In a word,the treatment of rural domestic waste is a comprehensive and systematic project.We must fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the government,enterprises,social organizations and all villagers,enhance the awareness of each treatment subject,coordinate the relationship between each treatment subject,form a good situation of joint management,and effectively solve the treatment problem of rural domestic waste.
