End plate pressure resistance welding equipment is an important part of heavy water reactor nuclear fuel assembly the production line,and the main purpose of pressure resistance welding machine is to ensure the production quality of nuclear fuel rod end plate welding process,improve production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of production staff.This paper designed a semi-automatic pressure resistance welding equipment has been designed in this theis.This equipment is overall designed and analyzed,which from the aspects of the welding principle,mechanical structure,electrical control,equipment maintenance and the use of effects and so on,and give full consideration to the reliability,safety and economy.First of all,this thesis not only analyzes the working principle of pressure resistance welding,but also introduces the processing target of the pressure resistance welding equipment and the technical requirements of the end plate welding process.According to the production process,this paper designed the overall layout of the equipment and the overall design scheme.Secondly,taking into account the importance of mechanical structure for the entire welding equipment,the mechanical structure is subdivided into ring gauge positioning structure,component welding structure,rotating platform structure,rod fixture structure four parts.Combined with the actual working conditions of the equipment,the above parts are respectively refined design,and the cylinder used for reasonable check selection.Then,in this thesis,electrical part has been designed based on the Allen-Bradley automation system,which including the selection of programmable logic controller PLC,the choice of input and output modules,the choice of the electrical components,pneumatic part of the pneumatic components wiring diagram design,electrical control part of the electrical wiring diagram design.According to the design of the equipment workflow,we have prepared PLC ladder diagram and designed equipment alarm processing.Finally,this thesis introduces the equipment maintenance and care methods.Through the equipment running after a period of test data to analyze equipment operational reliability,the results show that the equipment running reliably satisfy the production needs,and have achieved the desired results.
