Abstract/Summary:
The mine equipments always have complex structures and once a serious faulthappens on them. Moreover, the maintainer cannot fix the fault in time and turn it right,huge economical loss would be caused and the safety of underground workers would bethreatened. Therefore, a good maintenance scheme and the maintenance level of maintainerare important to mine equipment maintenance. At present, the maintenance schemeevaluation and the maintenance training of large mine equipment mainly depend onphysical prototypes. Hence, the factors of high cost, long cycle and environmental impactbecome the bottlenecks of mine equipment maintenance. In view of the above problem,this paper introduced the application of virtual maintenance technology in large mineequipment maintenance, and developed the virtual maintenance system of mine equipment.Based on the system, the maintenance schemes of mine equipment were optimized and themaintenance level of maintainer was improved.Based on analysis of operation characteristics for large mine equipment maintenance,total frame of virtual maintenance system was built. To the loss information of problemwhen CAD model was converted into triangles model recognized by virtual maintenancesystem, hierarchy of product information model for virtual maintenance was proposed,product information is stored in a hierarchy of product, components, parts geometry anddisplay levels. Finally, working flow of model transformation algorithm was given.With the application of virtual human technology to virtual maintenance operation,models of virtual human bones, joints and movements oriented virtual maintenance werebuilt. The movement control method of virtual human based on improved CCD algorithmwas studied. Moreover, the improved potential field method was applied to the pathplanning of virtual human.Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of large mine equipmentmaintainability, evaluation models of visibility, space accessibility and comprehensive, andthe mathematic model of maintenance time were researched. Moreover, the constructionmethod of maintenance knowledge base was provided.The virtual maintenance system oriented large mine equipment was developed basedon VC++, SQL Server database and EON platform. Furthermore, the feasible andavailability of the system were verified with an example of shearer maintenance.
