With the development of science and technology,the automaticity of the inspection system for filling with pharmaceuticals appears to be automatically growing by leaps and bounds.While its human-computer interaction design is still at a relatively preliminary stage,and it has not received the synchronous development it deserves.The aim of this study was to apply the advanced human-computer interaction research results to new equipment and technologies,and to effectively improve the user experience and usability of the testing equipment.Therefore,human-computer interaction design and research were used to the inspection system for filling with pharmaceuticals,and the system human-computer interaction design was described in detail from hardware and software.The main content includes:Firstly,using the method of interviews and observations to summarize the system human-computer interaction design requirements.The effect of the requirements and responsibility dispersion of Maslow’s hierarchy on the users’internal needs was also considered,and summarizing the system human-computer interaction design as project needs,user needs,and user’s psychological well-being.Secondly,putting forward the design ideas,technical flow lines and the design ideas of the research contents,according to the system human-computer interaction design requirements,which was taken reference of the development of specific designs.Besides,the application of questionnaire survey was to get perceptual demand for the appearance of the system hardware,according to perceptual engineering and ergonomics research system hardware human-computer interaction design.In addition,using the analytic hierarchy process,semantic difference method,and questionnaire method to obtain the optimal feature elements of the system hardware like embedded control system,a bar handle,and column foots.meanwhile,the size human of body structure and functions,as well as force characteristics are determinate to obtain the optimal size data for design patterns on touch screen interface of the detection system,and the optimized appearance design plan of the system hardware was also obtained.Finally,based on the human-machine interface usability theory,the system software human-computer interaction design was studied in term of interface logic,the overall design of interface,and the composition elements of interface.Finally,the system software human-machine interface design plan and interface operation process are obtained,which was evaluated in term of usability and layout beauty.This procedure and method of human-computer interaction could take a reference for the design for the inspection system for filling with pharmaceuticals. |
