In the past few decades,the number and types of equipment maintenance in the petrochemical industry have increased significantly,and equipment maintenance technology and maintenance concepts are constantly updated,which has made the equipment maintenance progress toward the discipline and has undergone tremendous changes.The concept and skills of maintenance in the production industry are facing severe challenges.Engineers and managers began to gradually update their way of thinking and behavior,and established a scientific maintenance management strategic framework system to change the relationship between the enterprise and the existing tangible assets of the enterprise and the personnel using the assets.Enable new devices to be put into more efficient applications with faster speed,greater confidence and higher precision.The management of modern enterprises is a comprehensive combination of high-tech equipment,advanced management concepts and standardized standard operation modes.through this combination process,the unified division and optimized configuration of the resources are completed from the aspects of enterprise technology management,production activities,organization and comprehensive management.Ensure the security of enterprise equipment asset management and the efficiency of cost utilization,which is the material cornerstone for enterprise development and industrial activities.The heavy oil catalytic device is an important production device in petrochemical enterprises,including complex processes,a wide variety of dynamic and static equipment,pipelines and other auxiliary equipment.Due to the large volume of the device as a whole,the running cost is high,and the downtime behavior is basically not allowed during the working period.Because downtime means significant economic losses,the maintenance and management of equipment is extremely important.The standardization of equipment maintenance for heavy oil catalytic devices needs to gradually transition from paper documents and manual management to electronic documents and information management processes,establish and improve modern petrochemical enterprise equipment maintenance information systems,and achieve efficient and low-risk equipment maintenance requirements,which is also the development trend of informatization construction in the petrochemical industry in the future.This paper starts with the background of equipment maintenance and development,describes the development and evolution process of equipment maintenance mode,introduces the theory and application of RCM,and explains the ASP.NET MVC technology,.NET platform,B/S mode,database and access technology related to the development of the equipment maintenance system.The requirements document was written through functional analysis and actual research,and the program was designed and developed on the basis of this.According to the equipment maintenance management status of Yanshan Petrochemical Zhengbang Maintenance Company,a equipment maintenance model was established.Integrate device data in the original network and device data manually recorded by the paper document into the same system through the database.Standardize the information system according to the company’s maintenance process,and integrate with the company’s management system.Through the installation and deployment of the system,the standardization of equipment maintenance is increased,the risk and maintenance cost are indirectly reduced,and the data is unified and electronicized,and the system can be simply analyzed and operated.It is conducive to tidying equipment failure data and reasonable predictions of maintenance experts.Standardize the coding of equipment and tools to facilitate scientific management of a large number of tools and equipment to avoid loss,malicious damage,theft and other behaviors.On the whole,the application of the system is not only conducive to accelerating the progress of enterprise information construction,but also positively promoting the market competitiveness of enterprises.
