| Shougang mining company is a large state-owned mining enterprise that is mainly engaged in mining,ore dressing,sintering and pelleting.It is also engaged in mining equipment manufacturing,heavy duty automobile manufacturing,metallurgical spare parts processing,construction installation and repair electrical manufacturing and other related industries.It integrates production,scientific research and development as a one.Its maintenance work is complex and diverse,its maintenance units have complicated jobs,so it is more difficult to manage it.How best to carry out repair work and maintenance work and to be combined with normal production,achieve the unified management of equipment,personnel,project?It is a very important issue.In view of the above problems,this thesis studies the equipment maintenance management system for Shougang mining company,and expounds the main processes of the design and implementation of the information management system.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the thesis introduces some relative technologies in the development of system,including some knowledge of ASP.NET and some of database,then investigates the current problems of the enterprise,and the management requirements of the maintenance unit are analyzed and studied.On the basis of the analysis of project requirements,it designs each function module of the maintenance unit management work.After that,based on the research of the process of the maintenance management business and the actual production relationship,the database structure and database table are designed by using E-R model.Further,based on the overall goal of the system,this thesis expounds the design and realization process of each functional module.Finally,the interface of the system are introduced.After the Equipment Maintenance management system for Shougang Mining Company official run,It effectively realizes the unified management of personnel,equipment and projects,and solves many problems existed in the past management process.The system can improve the labor efficiency of the maintenance department,but also improve the company’s overall management level. |
