Research On The Revision Of Flaw Pattern In Woman's Suit Pattern Design

As one of the women's garment category,woman's suit is more and more favored by professional women,its structure not only inherited the rigor and stylization of men's suit,but also showed more flexibility and variabilitycombining with the female's own physical characteristics and aesthetic personality.As a kind of garment that requires higher fitness and aesthetics of overall shapes,woman's suit has a higher demand on the rationality of pattern design.However,in the women's suit production process,there are multiple factors that can affect the overall shape of garment,such as pattern,fabric and apparel technology,which,pattern is a more critical factor.Garment will appear various flaws if its pattern is unreasonable.The paper is aimed at analysing the causes of defect on each part of the garment body with the acknowledge of structure balance,and then put forward proposal for pattern revision.Divided into three main modules-collar and shoulder flaws and pattern correction,main garment body flaws and pattern correction,sleeves flaws and pattern correction.Lists the common appearance flows of all parts of garment body,and analyses the causes of these flaws,and then some proposal for pattern revision are put forward.The last chapter validate the validation of some representative flaws.Found that garment flaws are mainly caused by morphological changes of body's shoulders,chest,back,abdomen,buttocks and other major parts.The suit designed by clothing prototype does not fit,which results in a variety of appearance flaws.There may be many reasons for the occurrence of the same flaw.The key to revising the pattern structure is to correctly determine the cause of the flaw,it is important for woman's suit pattern design and improvement.
