The Research Of Enterprise Auto Generated System Of Expert Knowledge On Suit Customization Pattern Design

The Enterprise Pattern Design Auto-generation System for suit customization,which is based on the previous research,is the practical study to be extended to the enterprise.With the booming of the advanced customization of global apparel market,the traditional manual mode,which is so called "single measure and single cut" is clearly not suited to the direction of clothing digital technology.The Pattern Design Auto-generation System for apparel is one of the cutting-edge technology of "rapid response" mode for the garment CAD system,and it will be the new direction of clothing customization enterprises.The core technology of clothing CAD.PDS system introduced in this paper is derived from pattern expert knowledge,while the parametric method is summarized from the principle of proportion,balance and constant control and the digital model is built under the "domino law".The system is developed by the tool of Visual LISP and OpenDCL,and runs under the AutoCAD 2010 platform.Then,three functional modules(style design,specification design and pattern design)is built into the system framework,which enables the expert knowledge of PDS for suit customization and the system programming connected.The study of pattern design system for suit customization has achieved substantive results.Firstly,TPO knowledge is imported into the module of suit pattern design,thus the style and pattern of suit conform to the international,branding and marketization need.Secondly,strong logic and controllability in design of the system operation interface,which provided a high-quality intelligent system in suit’s pattern design area for non-professional customers.Thirdly,optimizations are made to the core theory and technology in the technical level of pattern.The Pattern Design Auto-generate System for suit customization is based on the theory of "correction modeling",which makes the auto-generated pattern more in line with the body structure of the standard of custom clothing and styling proportion.The evaluation result shows that the end product designed by system meets the market’s demand of fashion trend perfectly and is quite in line with the wishes of the public’s aesthetic.The PDS auto-generate system realized the true sense of the automated "act-according-to-actual-circumstances" mode in suit customization area,which brings great breakthrough in garment CAD technology research.
