Study On The Index System For Evaluating The Performance Of Food Quality Traceability System

The rapidly development of Chain's economy and technology has brought about the improvement of people's higher living quality;it also pushed the people's demand for higher quality food to an unprecedented height.Under this background,including the food manufacturers,the distribution enterprises,the food market regulators and the consumers are all put forward higher requirements for the establishment of efficient and accurate traceability system of food quality.For the food manufacturers,to build an efficient retraceable system of food quality to carry out the country's policy on food safety management,on the other hand,it would be helpful to the food manufacturers to strengthen the internal management,reduce the cost and enlarge the profit through the retroactive system.High quality traceability system should be guided by high quality evaluation criteria.Only in this way,could push manufacturers to increase indent,perfect mechanism.In consequence,to set of effective food quality traceability systems should be put in front of the construction food quality traceability system,playing the role of theoretical guidance.This paper starts from the analysis of food quality traceability system.Systematically analyzes purpose of application,implement object,participants and their responsibilities,implementing principle and procedures of constructing.Based on the analysis of food quality traceability system,the necessity and feasibility of constructing food quality traceability system evaluation system are expounded.Based on the theory tractability granularity,this paper analyzes and constructs the selection of relevant indexes of the evaluation system of food quality traceability system and obtains a specific quantitative evaluation system.With the method of case analysis,verify the index system to evaluate the reliability and convenience of food quality traceability system.On this basis,the success and deficiency of each case are analyzed.Finally,the policy recommendations for the construction of excellent food quality traceability system are obtained.Finally,the evaluation index system of food quality traceability system proposed in this paper achieves the purpose of evaluating the traceability system,and can guide the construction of traceability system through the selection of various indicators in the system,and put forward policy Suggestions on policies,society and enterprises.
