Design And Study On Food Safety Traceability System

The food safety problem has been raised concern extensively by more and more consumers, because of its serious perniciousness. If the every last link of food chain goes wrong, the food safety affair will occur inevitably. For responding the appeal of national food safety policy, a food safety traceability system is designed to supervise the whole food information link strictly. It is significant for maintaining the safe and fine food market environment to build the cost-effective food safety traceability system.The main goal of this paper is that building food safety traceability system based on the food safety management policy and the demand of food service industry participants. In the research of the information management of food safety, we build food safety traceability system. Simultaneously, the function and meaning of the system is analyzed detailedly. The principal research contents are summarized as follows:(1) First, deeply learning the research status of domestic and overseas food safety traceability system, and systematically analyzing the every last link of food chain, such as food production, process, transport and sales. According to the performance requirement and systematic design discipline, the overall business process and system data structure of the food safety traceability system are established.(2) Based on the designing scheme and integration of topology structure of the food safety traceability system, the software and hardware design of the system platform is designed eventually. Meanwhile, we not only detailedly analyze the mechanism of stable operation and safe operation of the designed system, but also research the security policy of the system data and technology.(3) Analyze the function implementation model of the food safety traceability system. The subsystems of traceability system are analyzed, such as production links, process links, intermediate links and consumption links. Simultaneously, the food safety traceability system contains the information download and query mechanism of mobile terminal and telephone terminal, which satisfies the demand of system users.(4) Finally, the designed food safety traceability system platform not only coalesce the resource of business of the existing food system traceability system, but also it saves more capitalized cost and provides better convenience for many food industry practitioner and consumers than the conventional traceability system.
