The problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,and more and more attention has been paid to the problem of food safety.This paper intends to solve the problem of quality and safety evaluation of agricultural products through computer technology,so that consumers understand the health degree of agricultural products before buying,and grasp the whole link of agricultural cultivation,transportation,processing,and solve the problem of food safety from the source.In the process of the growth of agricultural products,sunshine,air,soil,water is the determining factor.But for the photosynthesis of crops,only the final dissolved in water will be absorbed.Evaluation for food safety of agricultural products,the fractal theory and the traditional fuzzy evaluation algorithm combining the membership of evaluation algorithm and weighting process improvement,in order to accurately evaluate and determine the origin of agricultural products through the origin,growth environment of the crop evaluation indexes and calculate the evaluation conclusion.First of all,the traditional fuzzy evaluation algorithm and other comprehensive evaluation algorithms are analyzed in detail,and the calculation methods and development status of each algorithm are summarized.In order to evaluate the food safety of agricultural products,the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm are weighed.Not only because of the maturity of this method,there are a lot of examples of successful application in many fields,but more importantly,the concept of membership degree is put forward by fuzzy set theory.Secondly,the characteristics and processing methods of fractal are studied.A study on the relationship between the concentration and the concentration of pollutants by the diffusion aggregation model in fractal theory.To determine the weights of the distribution plan and the generalized weighted contrast method,considering the influence of pollutant concentration,concentration time series is set,the concentration time series as a result of irregular curve discretization,the problem is transformed into a problem of curve,which can be put into the field of concentration time series fractal.In this paper,the method of fractal dimension in the concentration time series is used to improve the distribution of weights.Based on the traceability information,this paper establishes the database and improves the application framework of agricultural product quality traceability system based on fuzzy evaluation method.In the domestic production environment based on the data,the same set of data,evaluation of the improved algorithm and the fuzzy evaluation of the traditional fuzzy evaluation algorithm,generalized weighted method is proposed respectively for calculation,analysis and evaluation of results.Demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the fuzzy evaluation method. |
