Energy consumption is multiplying increasingly with the development of the national economy.Oil and gas,one of the main energy sources,is exhausting its store both on land and offshore.Deep Sea is abundant in oil and gas resources,making Deep-sea mining a future main method of acquiring these resources.As a great consumer of oil,our study on Deep-sea mining is almost empty and far behind developed countries of the world.In front of such a grim situation,the study of Deep-sea mining is quite significant for our country.For subsea production system,underwater electronic control system is the key part,which is in charge of monitoring the running of the whole system and ensures its smooth operation.This paper focuses on the study of a set of compete underwater electronic control system and tries to pave the way for the development of our Deep-sea mining.This paper introduces the development course of the control system of underwater,through a summary of the present development of domestic and foreign advanced equipment,adopting Compound electro-hydraulic control system as the objective of the model.According to the subsea control system application in the actual work needs of the deep sea oil extraction,determining the overall scheme of the subsea control system,analyzing the working principle and functions of the subsea control system and completing the hardware configuration and software design.MCS and SCM is the center of the subsea control system.The MCS and SCM are opened to the whole design of the subsea control system.Selecting the hardware of MSC,mainly including Siemens PLC,industrial computer,uninterruptible power supply,power supply,Siemens network switches,power carrier module and man-machine interface,and analyzes the performance characteristics of the selection of the products.Designing the software of the MCS,determine the function of MCS software diagram.Display,operation management system and the communication process of MCS are analyzed.Put forward the project functional requirements for the master station.the electric control system of the subsea electronic module is designed in aspect of the subsea electronic modules and completed the selection of components.Then on the base of subsea electronic module CPU selection,I/O modular configuration,communication interface configuration,power supplyconfiguration,electrical control part design has been completed.At last the design of the subsea control system prototype is finished.The already designed subsea control system has been applied to operate underwater separators.In experiments,controlling subsea separators has been achieved.And this system is debugged with prototype of subsea separator,designed by Shanghai Lanke high-tech company,in a pond.On the experiment scene,the whole set of subsea electric control system successfully monitored sensors’ data of the machine,timely controlled the subsea Hydraulic control valves,and put the pressure of Oil phase liquid level,oil-water interface and the separator within the steady state to the amount,which identified the functionality and stability of the subsea electronic control system.
