The subsea control module is the core part of the subsea production system,it is used to control and monitor the operation of subsea production system.The domestic study of subsea control module is late from other country,and it is lagging behind other countries.This paper focuses on designing the hydraulic system and mechanical structure of the subsea control module.Developing a test model of subsea control module and testing the key performance of it.In this paper,the development status of underwater separator and its control module is analyzed and introduced.The overall scheme of the underwater separator system is presented,including the structure of underwater separator and the control module.The basic form of the structure of the underwater separator is determined,and the main internal components of modules are simply introduced.At the same time,the overall scheme of hydraulic control system and electronic control system of underwater control module was determined.According to the work environment and production requirements of the underwater separator,the three-dimensional modeling and calculation of the underwater separator are carried out.The key structural parameters of the inlet rectification module,the gas-liquid separation module and the oil-water separation module are determined.Through the analytical design method,the thickness of the shell is determined,and its strength analysis is conducted with ANSYS.The structure of the anti-rotating plate is determined and the length of the sector plate of the anti-rotating plate is optimized by the simulation analysis.The structure of the liquid-distributing component is determined by comparison.The effects of size,length and opening hole ratio on liquid distribution are analyzed by the simulation.Through the studying of the nonuniformity of the velocity distribution in each section,the position of the first rectifying plate is determined and the size and the opening ratio of hole are optimized.At the same time,using two rectifier plate in the oil-water separation module and the second rectifier plate position are identified by the analysis.This paper introduces the working principle of underwater electric control system and the function of underwater separation control system in detail.Based on the research of theprinciple of underwater electronic module,the selection of components mainly including PLC,transformer and optoelectronic connector and the configuration of power supply unit are completed,and then the electric control design of underwater electronic module is completed.There is a pool joint debugging between underwater control system test prototype developed and the underwater separator prototype designed by Shanghai Blue High-tech Company.The experimental result shows that the underwater electric control system can monitor sensor data from equipment completely and real-time control the underwater hydraulic control valve,and can stably control the pressure of oil phase liquid surface,oil-water interface and underwater separator in stability margin The functionality reliability and stability of this system is verified by pool joint experiments.
