| Marine oil and gas resources,as one of the important energy sources for today’s economic development,are the main resources for human scientific and Technological Development in the future.Although China is a large oil and gas consuming country,there is still an urgent need to develop the exploitation technology of deep-sea oil and gas resources,which is far from the advanced technology.Therefore,it is a general trend to vigorously develop the mining technology of marine resources.As the center of subsea production system,the research on subsea control system is the focus of developing marine oil and gas resource exploitation technology.This paper will study the electro-hydraulic composite subsea control system,which will lay a solid foundation for China’s independent exploitation of deep-sea resources in the future.Firstly,this paper expounds the relevant working principles of the subsea oil and gas production control system,and determines the main functions of the subsea oil and gas production control system according to the working conditions and technical requirements of the target oil and gas field.Based on its main functions,this paper puts forward the overall scheme design of subsea oil and gas production control system,including the specific scheme design of subsea oil and gas production control system,the hardware configuration scheme design of subsea oil and gas production control system and the software configuration scheme design of subsea oil and gas production control system.Secondly,according to the hardware configuration scheme of the subsea oil and gas production control system,determine the hardware components of the main control station of the subsea oil and gas production control system,select relevant communication interfaces for different communication modes,and complete the hardware selection of the main control station of the subsea oil and gas production control system,mainly including PLC control system,industrial switch,optical fiber communication module Industrial computer and KVM switching platform.After determining the relevant hardware configuration scheme and the required hardware model of the main control station of the subsea oil and gas production control system,complete the structural design of the main control station of the subsea oil and gas production control system according to the specific requirements.Thirdly,according to the hardware configuration and functional requirements of subsea oil and gas production control system,the communication system of subsea oil and gas production control system is designed according to the communication medium and communication protocol.The program design of communication and control function of subsea oil and gas production control system is completed by using AI analog input function,di digital input function and do digital output function in PLC.The communication function includes data acquisition and classification of main control station,data unit conversion of main control station,parameter setting and alarm function of main control station;The control functions of subsea oil and gas production control system include data communication mode switching,relay control,digital output control,interlocking protection and emergency shutdown.Based on the completion of relevant control and communication function programs,the configuration variables are integrated.According to different functions,the configuration interface of subsea oil and gas production control system is divided into seven main interfaces:subsea production system,main control station,power unit,subsea electronic module,subsea control module,parameter setting and emergency shutdown.Finally,through the joint debugging of Wago PLC and Zhejiang central control PLC,the communication and control function experiment of subsea oil and gas production control system is completed.It realizes the communication between the main control station and the subsea control module,the communication between the main control station and the power unit,verifies the redundancy reliability of the main control station’s own communication,verifies the control and monitoring function of the main control station to the DCV valve,and verifies the control and monitoring function of the main control station to the throttle valve. |
