Research And Development Of Deep-Sea Oil And Gas Fields Subsea Control Module

China starts late in the offshore oil and gas exploration area, and the developing capability of offshore petroleum equipment is weak.In recent years, with the implementing of the Marine Strategy,Our offshore oil and gas production equipment began rapid developing.Subsea production systems is the key technology of offshore oil exploration,and subsea controller module is the core part of the subsea production system,which bears the safe and effective control task of subsea production systems to ensure the safety of offshore oil and reliable development.However, our country hasn’t mastered the key technology, and no mature products available.Therefore, the development of deep-sea oil and gas fields subsea controller module is imminent,and this is an important issue of the development of subsea production system processes that must be solved as soon as possible.Based on above domestic situation, this paper carried out research and development for subsea controller.(1) In this paper, deep-sea oil and gas fields of subsea production systems was analyzed.Studied the main function of subsea tree,underwater controller,umbilical. Based on the current research,developed subsea controller.(2) This paper studied the process of the subsea oil and gas fields Christmas Tree,analyzed control mechanism underwater controller,determined underwater controller design requirements and control functions.(3) This paper designed subsea control module(SCM) hardware and estimated the capacity, selected the relevant control module.PLC is underwater controller core, realized the function of logic control, operation monitoring and fault alarm.(4) In this paper, on the basis of maximum meeting the production requirements of deep-sea oil and gas subsea production control systems,Studied control theory and controlmethod.And completed the underwater controller(SCM) software design,Realized the subsea production systems remote automatic control and manual control.(5) Finally, based King View design the master station HMI, and completed docking with underwater controller.Implementations of the master station monitoring of subsea production equipment.The controller has been put into use in MSP/DRILEX Equipment(Shanghai) Co. Ltd.
