| Subsea production system has strong flexibility and can adapt to different oil and gas field development.It has become one of the mainstream modes of deep-sea oil and gas exploitation.After decades of development,the control system of subsea production system has changed from the original full liquid control to the current full electric control,and its functionality and reliability have been continuously improved.At present,the most widely used subsea production system is the electro-hydraulic composite control system.However,with the deeper and deeper working water area of deep-sea oil and gas production,the distribution of production wells has become wider and wider,The electro-hydraulic composite can not meet the mining requirements gradually.Compared with electro-hydraulic composite subsea production system,all electric subsea production system has the advantages of long control distance,fast system response speed and low cost.It has become an inevitable trend of deepsea oil and gas exploitation.At present,the technology of all electric subsea control is monopolized by foreign marine companies,and China is still in its infancy in the field of all electric subsea production.This paper focuses on the mechanical structure and electrical system of the all electric subsea control system,constructs the corresponding test system,and carries out the experimental research.Investigate the subsea control system and its development process,analyze the research results of all electric subsea control system at home and abroad,and focus on the all electric subsea control module ESCM(electric subsea control module),gate valve actuator and control system.The pressure compensator in ESCM was designed,and the volume of the pressure compensation mechanism was caculated.SEM of subsea electronic module(subsea electric module)of the pressure resistant shell has been designed.The finite element simulation software is used for strength analysis;the locking mechanism was designed to analyze the stress of the locking block during its operation,then the strength of the locking block was verified through finite element simulation.the docking panel device of ESCM is designed,including its installation and distribution joints and the structural design convenient for docking.The allelectric subsea gate was also designed.The internal working parts of the valve actuator were designed,including the driving mechanism to drive the valve,the ROV override mechanism of the auxiliary driving mechanism,the indication mechanism to determine the valve position,the holding mechanism to reduce power consumption,and the safety shutdown mechanism of the gate valve actuator to avoid accidents.This paper studied the technology of subsea power transmission,combined with the overall scheme of power transmission.Through the comparison ofthe subsea power transmission mode,a reasonable transmission scheme,which can reduce the drop of voltage has been devised.The combination mode,which is suitable for the transmission scheme for the internal substation module of the substation unit was obtained by analying the voltage drop in the process of power transmission and the method of power transformation.The experimental research of all electric subsea control system is carried out,ESCM and all electric valve actuator are developed,and the test systems are built respectively.The test of ESCM and all electric valve actuator are carried out according to the determined test contents.The test results are obtained through observation and recording,which verifies the rationality of the design of all electric subsea control system. |
