Polylacticacid fiber filament filament is an excellent performance,which is through a variety of food or plant roots,stems,leaves,bark of starch refined into sugar plants,then we can get lactic acid or lactide by biological engineering or fermentation and polylactic acid and synthetic polymer with excellent performance,finally the polymer spinning made of polylactic acid fiber filament by melt spinning and spinning method.From the analysis of the chemical structure analysis,the polylactic acid fiber filament belongs to the polyester fiber filament,but in the synthesis of ideas and performance are different from the traditional polyester filament(PET).The raw material lactic acid polylactic acid fiber filament(alpha hydroxy acid)is a kind of biocompatibility The organic acid,therefore,polylactic acid fiber filament(PLA)is a kind of biodegradable properties,the green environmental protection material and less pollution to environment.However,the polylactic acid fiber filament bundle itself is very poor,in the pre process and post order during the weaving process is prone to entanglement,bonding phenomenon,at the same time,poly lactic acid filament does not heat,bring some problems and difficulties to the sizing process not resistant to acid and alkali resistance,sizing conditions existing cannot satisfy the sizing requirements of research and application of polylactic acid fiber filament has certain limitations,therefore,the most suitable for drying room temperature of polylactic acid fiber filament in sizing process in the process of pulp The liquid temperature and p H is particularly important.This paper based on the study of some properties of polylactic acid fiber filament itself and the problems existing in the sizing process,using polylactic acid fiber filament sizing as the focus,efforts to solve the poly lactic acid fiber filament sizing process in the parameter setting and the selection of formula of slurry and slurry.The specific research contents the following:(1)the basic indexes of poly(lactic acid)fiber filaments were studied.Through the tests,the fracture strength of polylactic acid fiber filament yarn filament is 101.76 c N,breaking strength is 3.57 c N;the diameter of 339.50 m multifilament,monofilament diameter of 14.65 m;monofilament friction due to the number of 0.383,static the friction coefficient is 0.559,the friction factor of 0.498 strands,the static friction coefficient is0.508;the polylactic acid fiber filament shrinkage 15.21%,line density of 75 denier,regain1.86%.(2)the FT-IR analysis,DSC analysis and scanning electron microscope(SEM)analysis were used to test and analyze the group composition and heat resistance property of the fiber filament,and to observe the morphology of the surface microstructure.the results show that the polylactic acid fiber filament surface smooth,uniform and arranged in a straight filament state,the molecules containing ester bond,a polyester filament;at the same time,the glass transition temperature of the polylactic acid fiber filament is 57 DEG C,the melting temperature of 169.91 degrees,the poor heat resistance.(3)the polylactic acid fiber filament in the traditional high temperature(T>60DEGC)alkaline slurry silk,structure and properties of polylactic acid fiber filament will be severely damaged by this problem,the system of polylactic acid fiber filament breaking strength,elongation and mass loss rate with dry and hot water temperature,p H value.Variation of processing time and other factors,and by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)observation and analysis of poly lactic acid fiber filament changes in microstructure.The results showed that in the oven when the temperature exceeds 70 degrees,the polylactic acid fiber filaments were seriously damaged;in hot water,when the temperature is less than 60 DEG C and T alkaline solution increased when Poly lactic acid fiber,filament breaking strength decline in increasing appearance of structural damage is increasingly serious;at low temperature is not higher than 60 DEG T and under acidic conditions,the smaller the polylactic acid fiber filament breaking strength loss,but with the prolonging of treatment time,fracture strength gradually increased in damage.The results show that according to the the characteristics of polylactic acid fiber filament,polylactic acid fiber filament sizing in low temperature(slurry temperature does not exceed 60 degrees,drying room temperature not exceeding 70 DEG C),slurry p H is under neutral conditions.(4)suitable for the preparation of poly lactic acid fiber filament yarn sizing.The pretreatment of starch modified by basic,reduce the starch viscosity,then determine the reactant ratio between monomers,after pretreatment of starch by esterification and substitution reaction.The results show that the slurry slurry pretreatment.After the viscosity decreased;at the same time,when the vinyl acetate and starch feed ratio is 15:1,and the reaction temperature is 35 DEG C,the reaction time is 1.5h,the p H of the reaction solution for 10 reaction conditions,the reaction efficiency is highest.(5)research and analysis of the characteristics and performance of the prepared starch acetate,comparative analysis of the acetate starch solution and film properties,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and Xdiffraction analysis respectively and the starch granule appearance,change of thermal melting point and crystallinity of molecules by testing and analyzing results show that the groove and hole shape of starch acetate particles increased,the crystallinity decreased,but the acetate starch viscosity is smaller,the film is good,uniform serosal integrity.(6)using the infrared spectroscopy of chemical groups of polyacrylate were analyzed,and the acetate starch mixed in various proportions,optimize the processing effect of hygroscopic agent addition to different sizing properties.The results showed that the polyacrylate containing ester and starch acetate,the optimal 60:40 ratio was the effect,and when the moisture absorbent dosage is 3%,the best performance of sizing,the polylactic acid fiber filament adhesion.(7)according to the polylactic acid fiber filament sizing mechanism,select the best sizing instruction of polylactic acid fiber filament was in low temperature sizing practice,and using the enzyme desizing process of polylactic acid fiber filament desizing experiment.The results showed that after sizing,sizing enhancement rate reached 33.91%,reducing elongation rate 3.92%,to meet the requirements of weaving silk pulp;using enzyme desizing desizing,polylactic acid fiber filament strength did not change,and desizing thoroughly.
