| Polyester fiber is the largest synthetic fiber in the world.At present,silk,bamboo fiber,linen,soy protein fiber and model fiber can be blended with polyester staple fiber to develop clothing fabric which can meet different production needs.Warping sizing is of great significance for weaving production.At present,the sizing of polyester-containing blended spinning is mainly used by the mixing of polyacrylate with PVA or PVA with modified starch.Acrylic acid slurry has strongly moisture absorption ability,which makes the sizing course is difficult.Because of poor biodegradablity of desorption waste water and serious environmental pollution,it is gradually being replaced.Zhe Jiang Yubo Textile Co.,Ltd.adopts corn starch as the main sizing material,with adhesive reducer and second additive,and adopts high drying rate,high soaking rate,low sizing rate and low humidity weaving technology to realize high efficiency weaving production of polyester /cotton,polyester / viscose fiber,polyester / Modal fiber etc.There are differences between the operation and principle compared with traditional process.The theory is still unknown,and lack of theoretical support and systematic evaluation in the application.In order to investigate the principle of high efficiency weaving production,we analyse the existing evaluation methods to the sizing yarn quality.And this paper uses the improved sizing film preparation method and the adhesive force test method,and systematically evaluates the sizing quality engineering from three aspects: sizing film,adhesion force and sizing yarn.It provides data support for low humidity weaving in weaving workshop.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In view of the problem of starch serrated film cracking caused by the existing method,the preparation method of starch serrated film was improved.The mechanical properties of starch slurry prepared by testing the properties of slurry film are better than those of traditional slurry formula.(2)In view of the low weaving efficiency of the loom,which can not accurately reflect the broken head of the sizing yarn,the performance test of polyester and cotton blended 20S(P/C40/60)yarn was carried out by means of segmental sampling on the machine.It was found that the friction coefficient of the yarn surface of different sections was small by using the metal shaft as abrasive,which showed that the single component starch slurry yarn could resist the friction of the metal device better.At the same time,polyester and cotton blended yarn after the whole granulated pulp in the process of weaving only a small loss of strength,to ensure high efficiency of weaving.For polyester and cotton blended roving,the adhesion property of the slurry increased 7.8 % after adding the second additive,compared with the slurry added without additives.(3)It was found that 60 %,67 % and 74 % of the humidification values of the sizing film and pure polyester yarn showed that the tensile properties of the slurry film decreased with the increase of humidity.At the same time,when the humidity value of starch sizing yarn is 67 %,the strength of sizing yarn is the highest,and the enhancement of the yarn is most obvious.After that,when the humidity increases to 74 %,it will even make the sizing yarn strong and stretch performance weaker than the original yarn,which worsen the weaving effect. |
