The Treatments And Countermeasures Of Domestic Sewage In Rural Areas Of Ouhai District,Wenzhou

With the development of rural urbanization and integration of urban and rural areas,the rural economy has developed rapidly,but it also has a great impact on the ecological environment in rural areas.The preferential policies of the government has attracted a large number of investors to the rural areas,however,the rapid development in a short period of time has also caused the destruction and pollution of the ecological environment.The rural water environment has been damaged by various types of sewage in the context of economic development.All kinds of living sewage has brought pathogen pollution,COD pollution,eutrophication pollution,odor and other hazards,which are serious threats to water security of rural residents.This problem has also seriously undermined the health of rural living environment,the sustainable development of local economy,and the development of new socialist countryside.In 2013 the Zhejiang provincial government put forward the "five water cohabitation' strategy to target the sewage problem and set it as a thumb project.Ouhai district has resolutely implement the provincial government's decision to solve the rural sewage problem,promote the effectiveness of pollution control,optimize the rural water environment and living condition..However,because of the large quantity,wide influence,complex and weak governance condition of rural sewage in Ouhai area,practical work of sewage treatment has been encountered from all aspects of the work environment,the main parties,capital investment,operation management and other issues.This article will analyze the reasons in the aspects of the shift of the government work focus,unclear responsibilities,and the complexity of the rural work.While at the same time,based on the author's experience from the grassroots township,the article will propose coutermeasures and suggestions to improve the management mechanism,perfect the policy system,expand the public education,strengthen the talent team,expand the financial investment proportion in order to effectively and practically control water pollution and solve the living sewage problem.
