Study On Environmental Monitoring In Ouhai District Of Wenzhou City

With the boost of national economy,the level of environmental monitoring has become a direct impact factor to pollution control and assessment of environmental quality.To fulfill the basic governmental requirements in the new age,it is obliged to start with both environmental monitoring indicators and the ecosystem supervision,gradually perfect the process and grasp the overall monitoring trend,so as to improve the environment and the status of ecological space of residents.Thus,the importance of the environmental monitoring is self-evident.This article would take Ouhai district as an example in primary-level environmental monitoring and explain the current status and existing problems of local monitoring activities,as well as discuss possible solutions.Through seven parts is the article constructed the first being an introduction with research background and literature review.The second talks about its theoretical basis and explanation of basic concepts including ‘environmental monitoring',‘monitoring stations' and ‘third-party monitoring organizations'.The third is an introduction to the district's current status and research findings from third-party organization staff and citizens;the fourth is analysis of exiting problems and the causes from multiple aspects;the fifth is the comparison of advanced experiences from various areas and summaries of enlightenment to the district;and the last is the conclusion.The studies mentioned are conducted due to the great number of unsolved problems in local environmental monitoring work and the lack of research outcome on this topic in this country,especially on primary-level environmental monitoring.It is expected that through the research targeted suggestions could be formed and therefore contribute to primary-level environmental monitoring work and offer theoretical support to the validity of sample data.In the meantime,it is hoped that this research would help enhancing? competitiveness of primary-level environmental monitoring work in dealing with the open market and will provide reference for other scholars who work in the same field and with related government administration.
