Study On Current Situation Of Rural Sewage Treatment And Improvement Countermeasures In Yandu,Yancheng

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,my country’s market towns and rural areas have ushered in a development boom.The implementation of new rural construction,rural centralized settlement construction,and rural housing improvement projects has significantly improved the living conditions of rural residents.The rapid development of planting and breeding industries has increased the per capita income of farmers and improved their living conditions.But at the same time,rural economic development has also brought about a series of environmental problems that have attracted great attention from all aspects.Among them,rural sewage treatment,especially domestic sewage treatment,has become a major problem in rural environmental management.Restricted by many factors,rural domestic sewage has not been effectively treated,which has brought serious negative impacts on rural ecological resolution,restricted the sustainable and healthy development of the rural economy,and affected the quality of life of farmers.To achieve an all-round well-off with high quality,we must pay attention to the governance of the rural ecological environment,and it is crucial to solve the problem of rural domestic sewage.Therefore,it is particularly important to systematically and accurately analyze the current status and difficulties of rural domestic sewage treatment and propose substantive solutions in the current rural domestic sewage treatment work.This thesis takes Yandu District of Yancheng City as an example,through literature review,investigation and analysis and other methods,on-site visits to the functional departments of Yandu government and the front line of rural grassroots,combined with actual work,research and analysis of the status quo of domestic sewage treatment in Yandu District.First,the background and significance of the research on rural domestic sewage treatment in Yandu District are explained,the domestic and foreign governance achievements and current situation are summarized,and the basic status of the current rural domestic sewage treatment in Yandu District is summarized;There are problems in the treatment of rural domestic sewage in the metropolitan area: difficult pollution source prevention,low rate of takeover of rural domestic sewage,unprofessional operation of facilities,poor working system,shortage of professional talents,etc.The analysis of assessment indicators biased toward the economy and unreasonable division of government functions,Reasons such as the high cost of construction of rural domestic sewage facilities.Finally,based on the results of the comparative analysis,targeted measures to improve the treatment of rural domestic sewage in Yandu District are given: adopt multi-subject joint governance,give play to the leading role of the government,implement the collaborative governance responsibilities of townships,village collectives and villagers,and introduce third parties Participate in rural domestic sewage treatment,establish a guarantee system for rural domestic sewage treatment,improve rural domestic sewage treatment policies and regulations,increase the weight of rural domestic sewage in the treatment assessment,give play to the guiding role of the news media,and make a mid-and long-term plan for rural domestic sewage.Improve the investment guarantee mechanism,increase government financial investment,raise funds through multiple channels,strengthen the supervision of fund use,improve the effectiveness of rural domestic sewage treatment,do a good job in the construction of professional personnel,use information platform supervision,and entrust professional companies to operate,maintain,and improve Villagers’ environmental awareness.
