Wudalianchi scenic spot area as one of the world's existing relatively complete volcanic geological relics has important scientific research value and aesthetic value,under the action of volcanic geology is aftera long geological evolution and become,because of its resource has higher requirements on ecological environment sustainable development.In recent years,with the rapid development of Wudalianchi scenic area tourism,the excessive use of ecological resources,resulting in the lower quality of environment.Heilongjiang provincial government in 2009 proposed the new key tourist town in southwest area of work deployment,new district has built a sewage treatment plant,the importance of the protection of water environment responsibility.Sewage treatment plant as urban infrastructure of pollution emission,its operation process will be a certain effects on the environment,so the disposal engineering of environment impact analysis has very important practical significance.This article first from the wudalianchi scenic natural geographical environment,scenic area sewage discharge characteristics,present situation of local sewage treatment facilities four aspects analyzes the local situation of water environment;Secondly introduces the new district sewage treatment plant sewage treatment process,according to the actual situation of the sewage treatment plant CWSBR process has been adopted;Finally using the method life cycle to analyze its impact on the environment,according to the monitoring data of production sewage collection phase listing data,sewage treatment phase of the listing data,sewage and sludge treatment and disposal phase list data list analysis,finally come to the conclusion that environmental benefits.
