Viscose fiber is a kind of renewable resources,it not only makes up the defect of the natural fiber production shortfalls,but also is superior to synthetic fiber in certain aspects of the quality.With the performance requirements of human of fibre products gradually improving,the quality of the products which influences the development of enterprises and benefits.With the introduction of Austrian LENZING company,a kind of drying technology on the basis of viscose fiber,combined with the company actual production operation requirements to technical innovation,has replaced the original wet opening technique,to make up for the comings,the original process of viscose fiber opening effect is poor and flat fiber is uneven.At the same time,it is beneficial to the stability of the fiber moisture regain and avoid equipment leakage fiber,wasteful phenomenon.Through introducing the production of viscose fiber wet opening technique,this paper expounds the problems existing in the technique.the whole control system scheme is analyzed and chosen,considering the requirements for protection of personal safety and site equipment,system control requirements and Solutions is put forward,and the wet wool wind electrical instrument control system design is completed,including the sound light alarm system,safety interlock system,and motor control system.Using the SIEMENS S7-400 distributed control system,the design of hardware and software of distributed control system is completed,including the selection and configuration of hardware,Interlock control program and PC monitoring,which can satisfy the control requirements of production process.By adopting frequency conversion control technology of the wet wool wind control system,the main equipment not only reduces the energy consumption,but also achieves the smooth speed regulation control,at the same time,universal use electrical and software chain control,production always stably operaties.
