In this research,and development trend of automation transformation of viscose industry as the main research direction.through the analysis and research of viscose industry automation control,combined with Funing Aoyang technology limited liability company.First stage of the project(50 thousand tons/year)and the Second stage of the project(100 thousand tons/year),the application of automation equipment in viscose industry was discussed.Application of YOKOGAWA CS3000 series DCS and S7-300/400 series PCS7 Siemens in etiolated control was studied;in the pulp feeding process through the pulp weight and into the alkali concentration control to the uniform gruel.Through the automatic equipment to achieve precise control of the concentration of alkali.In the yellowing process,through the sequence control and serial control on the way,to ensure the security and stability of production.In the KK process,through the analysis and research of automatic KK filter and frame filter has advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward the necessity of automation transformation.At the same time,through the study of automatic control,analysis and comparison in case of manual control and automatic control case,the effect of various parameters in the production process,such as impregnation temperature,gruel concentration,squeeze and filter pressure etc.,and then summarizes the impact of DCS on the quality of semi-finished products.Through the research and application of SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC and touch screen in the spinning workshop of acid,a detailed description of the automatic control in the spinning process,refining process control,drying,packaging process.acid bath deployment process in the production process,and the influence of DCS control system of spinning workshop acid production process parameters,such as spinning the draft ratio,drying temperature control,control,metering packing acid bath concentration control etc.Furthermore,the effect of DCS on the quality of finished products was summarized.Through the DCS design and application of the viscose production process parameters control more stable,the stability of spinning liquid is improved in DCS control mode,and finished viscose fiber quality improved the pass rate of 98%.In addition,according to the specific application of automation equipment,some common problems and suggestions for improvement are mentioned.In this paper,the development of viscose fiber automation is prospected.
