China’s Industrial Structure Change Prediction And Analysis Under The Situation Of Carbon Reduction

Now the global environment is worsening, especially the greenhouse effect is an important problem that we have to face in our daily life. Global greenhouse effect has begun to destroy the ecological balance. How to reduce the effect of greenhouse effect and protect the environment has been the focus of the world. To solve these problems,we should find out the reason that causes these problems. With the development of global economic, more and more fuel is consumed. It increases the concentration of CO2, which is the main reason of greenhouse problem. In this paper, we study carbon emissions responsibility from the perspective of the producer, then we study of carbon emissions responsibility from the perspective of consumers. Through the above research, we can find that carbon emissions responsibility in a wide range of industries. The national economy can be divided to primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry. Then we build a GM (1,1) model to predict the development of the tertiary industry. According to the predicted results, the model can give some suggestion about reform of the industrial structure.
