Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Water Pollution Control

Since the reform and opening up,Chinese vast rural areas have been developing rapidly in social and economic progress.However,the environmental pollution problems become more and more prominent at the same time,of which water pollution is an important performance.Water pollution prevention and control must be placed in a strategic height.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen the research on the problems of rural water pollution control,analyze its causes,explore the countermeasures of township water pollution control.Meanwhile,it should be the proper meaning of the construction of new socialist countryside.In this paper,X town has been taken as a typical case to the rural water pollution control status as a starting point,using literature reading,exchange interviews,field visits,questionnaires and other research methods to analyze the lack of water pollution control,the lack of governance and the low efficiency of governance from the need of water pollution control and the reality of water pollution control in X town,in which water pollution control work has been difficult.Based on these governance problems and the local socioeconomic background,the reasons for the existence of the problems are found from different perspectives,such as the unclear understanding of the role of governance,the shortcomings of governance mode and the lack of investment.And finally the countermeasures are put forward,includingthe formation of government,society and farmers and other parties of the positive interaction;the use of legal means,incentive policies and other means of governance to form a pluralistic situation;and also from the focus on governance,large areas of investment and other aspects of the formation of network connectivity,so as to achieve a good situation of collaborative governanceand truly solve the problem of water pollution control.Hoping to provide a valuable reference for the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of rural social economy,and thus promote the comprehensive construction of China's well-off society and realize the socialist modernization drive.
